Cancel anytime
You can cancel an Unlimited subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the end of the paid billing period.
Refund requests
Subscription charges are generally nonrefundable. If you were charged incorrectly, experienced a duplicate charge, or could not use the paid service because of a verified technical problem, contact support as soon as practical with the charge date and Square receipt details. Requests are reviewed individually. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
