Information we process

We process the photos you choose to upload, your editing instructions, the email address you use for your EasyFix account, a protected one-way password hash, subscription status, and basic technical information needed to operate and protect the service. EasyFix never stores your readable password.

Anonymous analytics

We count page views and approximate unique visitors using a random browser identifier stored on your device. We store only a one-way hash of that identifier, not your name, email address, IP address, or advertising profile. Browser Do Not Track requests are respected.

How photos are used

Photos and instructions are used only to provide the edit you requested, troubleshoot failures, and prevent misuse. They are not sold. AI-powered edits may be processed by OpenAI; payments and subscription details are processed by Square under their respective privacy terms.

Storage and retention

The browser handles simple local fixes on your device. For AI edits, the selected photo is sent for processing. EasyFix Photo does not intentionally keep a permanent library of your uploaded photos. Account, usage, and subscription records may be retained as needed to provide access, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can choose not to upload a photo, avoid AI tools, cancel a subscription, or request help through the Support page. Do not upload content you lack permission to use.

Signed-in customers can change their password, cancel future subscription renewals, and delete an eligible account from the Account page.
